trans-in-form

Trans-in-form, 50 x 50 x 50 cm, akrylic on wood, 2013

The TRANS/IN/FORM project is kind of combination of object and painting. The inspiration might come from „Lost in translation“ to „Lost in transfer“, the work symbolises the principles of communication. The main motiv of the picture is painted on the left side of one cube. The stripes on the front side bring the painting „through“ to the right side. The same way as humans transform the informations they have heart by repeating them, do the cubes change details of the painting. The second cube „gets the information“ even more changed. So as the respoken information is richer of our own experience and armer of facts so is the last painting less shaped and more colourful.
